42 credits at NCEA Level 3 across 3 subjects or 3 C grades in NZ University Entrance or 60 credits at NCEA Level 2 across 4 subjects including English or equiv NQF units or an equiv qualification. Non Eng or Maori, IELTS 6.0 Academic & 5.5 written band.

BTech (endorsed) is an innovative, practically oriented programme designed to produce work-ready technologists for employment in a diverse range of technology areas within the broad disciplines/endorsements of: Agritechnology; Biotechnology; Environmental Technology and Food Technology. Graduates will have developed innovative, independent, critical thinking with inquiring, analytical approach to problems and issues. Graduates will demonstrate a depth and breadth of knowledge together with work-ready technologists skills in specialist area of their chosen endorsement of Agritechnology, Biotechnology, Environmental Technology or Food Technology.
