What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates can demonstrate self-directed and independent learning and are exposed to a range of issues and perspectives. They can identify, evaluate, document, disseminate and employ knowledge in the development of organisational learning. [i.e. transfer of knowledge into the firm/organisation, or application of knowledge to the firm/organisation], and employ techniques of structured analysis of complex situations to address a range of policy and decision-making issues for organisations. They communicate effectively through a variety of communication modes. Graduates can identify and evaluate ethical dilemmas and provide reasoned alternatives for their resolution. Graduates possess a broad advanced knowledge of mainstream economic thinking and a familiarity with its application in a range of organisational decision making situations. They can demonstrate a familiarity with the key quantitative tools of analysis that are applied to economic issues. They have a broad awareness of the impact of international factors and government economic policies on business.
