What can I expect out of this qualification?

Graduates of the Bachelor of Land and Property Management will have a sound understanding of property value, management, investment and development, as it relates to the relevant area of their specialisation (urban, or rural, or both). Having an ability to work either independently, or in concert with other industry professionals, graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to competently undertake valuations, conduct investment analysis, and assume property and facilities management functions relating to a range of property types and situations - again in the context of their specialisation. In many cases acting under the constraint of relevant legislation, graduates will be capable of selecting appropriate methodologies and techniques applicable to individual situations.
