Minimum requirements

Academic The minimum requirements for admission to the programme are: NCEA Level 3, including: Minimum of 14 credits at Level 3 or higher in three approved subjects(as specified on the NZQA list) Literacy - 10 credits at Level 2 or above, made up of 5 credits in reading and 5 credits in writing(from NZQA List) Numeracy - 10 credits at Level 1 or above(from NZQA List) Or Equivalent personal, practical, professional or educational experience of an appropriate kind Or Students who have successfully passed the Certificate in Interactive Computing (Level 4) with A Pass, Diploma in Computer Servicing (Level 5) with B or equivalent academic qualifications are eligible for direct entry to Level 5. English Language (for international students) A minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6 with no band score lower than 5.5, or equivalent Or Achieved the academic entry requirement in New Zealand Or At an institution where English was the language of instruction and assessment. Other Applicants aged 20 or over with appropriate life or work experience are welcome to apply.
