What can I expect out of this qualification?
Ability to undertake study, research and scholarship and to use Te Reo Maori as a medium of academic discourse; acquisition, understanding and assessment of information in expressing sound academic ideas; free expression within appropriate academic protocols; engagement in self-directed learning to support research, problem-solving and academic discourse; increase in the level of independence of thought and action through critical thinking, analytical rigour and problem-solving techniques applied in an academic discipline; understanding of the position of Maori in Aotearoa/New Zealand in terms of the historical and contemporary context.
