What can I expect out of this qualification?

Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management graduates will be able to: * Demonstrate a working knowledge of advanced topics in engineering management, with awareness of issues relating to engineering management in New Zealand and globally; * Utilise communication, planning, interpersonal, management and leadership skills to collaborate with people across multiple contexts; * Independently analyse, synthesise and use engineering and business knowledge to contribute to value creation in different technological contexts. Some graduates of the PGDipEM will be able to continue to the Master of Engineering Management (MEM). The PGDipEM also acts as an exit qualification from the MEM.
