Completed the requirements for a relevant Bachelors degree (excluding the Bachelor of Property) with a minimum GPA or completed the requirements for a relevant bachelors degree and passed 60 points in the Postgraduate Certificate in Property Practice with a minimum GPA.

The PGDipPropPrac will equip graduates for entry into careers in property practice. They are expected to have the capabilities required to apply appropriate problem-solving and analytical methods and techniques to solve property problems. They will demonstrate a specialist understanding of theory and practice in property and property-related fields and be able to apply this in current property management, valuation and investment contexts.
