About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of the micro-credential is to develop the clinical support and cultural competency skills of those working in clinical settings, and of support workers who deliver community-based client care.
The target learner is one who is passionate about the health sector, and wants to interact with patients and develop their skills and expertise in providing support with specific clinical and administrative skills. These skills are then applied in supporting how a clinic runs, or how community-based care is delivered. The target learner would be working in the community, supporting and providing client care; in the health sector, as an administrator, support worker, and/or health care assistant.
