Entry is open with the following requirements:
All applicants will be interviewed to ensure course suitability (digital literacy) and specific learner needs from a pastoral care perspective.
If English is not your first language, evidence of competency in English is required as detailed:
Achievement of NCEA Level 3 and met New Zealand University requirements or English proficiency of an IELTS score of 6 with no band less than 5.5 or Pearson Test of English score of 50 with no band score lower than 42 AND English proficiency outcome needs to have been achieved in the last two years before enrolment and in one sitting.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The aim of this micro credential is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding in the fundamentals of computing. Learners will use computing essentials in business scenarios, describe and discuss computing algorithms in python, understand networking essentials, and apply computing essentials to networking scenarios.
