What can I expect out of this qualification?

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to describe the origins of mixology, identify common alcoholic products used in the production of beverages, apply bar-craft technology and use industry standard equipment and techniques in the production of mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
