Entry requirements

Learners need to:
* Have NZQA Certificate at Level 4 and/or
* Relevant work experience
* Meet the required level of English (IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 500) or equivalent literacy and numeracy skills
Learners who have not completed an ITC micro-credential, are provided a two-week induction unit prior to beginning the Communication Management (MC-CCM) course. This unit familiarises learners with the relevant policies & procedures related to their study, how to use the ITC online learning platform and requirements for successful completion of the course.They will continue to have access to this information throughout the full duration of their study.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

This micro-credential is targeted at the group of employees/learners, in any industry who are wishing to develop their skills and knowledge in the management domain, to further their careers by studying and gaining credits. Employers will access it as part of their development plan for employees.
This subject enables learners to apply effective communication skills in order to communicate with diverse audiences, and apply an analytical framework to identify solutions for cross-cultural and diversity issues in a business environment. Effective solutions will be identified for cross-cultural and diversity issues to improve organisational performance.
