Open entry. Learners will enrol with Te Rau Matatau which is the education division of Te Rau Ora and will be required to comply with all Te Rau Matatau enrolment policies and procedures.

About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The aim of this micro-credential is to provide an opportunity for whānau, hapu, iwi and stakeholders interested in supporting whānau with health conditions to:
- Commit to improving own practice with regards to improved self-care and healthy behaviours of whānau with health conditions.
- Strengthen own knowledge and skills with regards to relevant communication techniques and monitoring tools.
