What can I expect out of this qualification?
This micro-credential is targeted at the group of employees/learners, in any industry who are wishing to develop their skills and knowledge in the management domain, to further their careers by studying and gaining credits. Employers will incorporate this micro-credential into their development plan for employees who show potential as future leaders in their business, and skills development of their local workforce.
- To give learners an in-depth understanding of the role and function of management, and the processes applied in operating environments to ensure business success.
- To recognise the importance of strategic planning for long term business success, and to identify the steps in the strategic planning process including analysis of operating environment
