What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the temporary traffic management industry with people who can implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and monitor operations for temporary traffic management worksites.
Graduates of this qualification can operate independently as a practising Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) with a current New Zealand Transport Agency STMS warrant.
