What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide:
A sound theological undergraduate qualification to meet the increasing demand of the Pentecostal constituency for ministry education;
A qualification used by students who also achieve other professional degrees because they want to construct a robust Christian worldview that will enhance their service in their chosen profession;
A qualification that articulates into higher level ministry and theological qualifications;
Korean NZ Residents with opportunity to obtain theological education in NZ using their primary language. This may be for any of the following purposes:
- to obtain a qualification required for ministry employment in churches, mission organisations or other Christian ministry agencies in NZ or overseas.
- to obtain skills and knowledge required for volunteering in a wide range of Christian agencies in NZ or overseas.
to obtain an undergraduate degree as a basis for carrying on to postgraduate study and research in NZ or overseas

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
Entry requirement Candidates must meet requirements for academic capability, Korean language proficiency and age NZ Citizens and Permanent Residents Candidates for the BCMin (Korean Language) may have been educated in New Zealand or Korea. If educated in New Zealand the candidate will meet requirement A (University Entrance) or requirement B (Mature Age). If educated in Korea the candidate must meet requirement C. A.NZ University Entrance Requirements B.Mature Age Entry A person who does not hold a university entrance qualification but who is a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and is aged 20+ years on or before the first day of semester in which a proposed programme of study is offered is eligible to apply for Special Admission. C. Korean University Entrance Evidence of previous tertiary qualifications; or Candidates need to provide their Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) results. Candidates with a combined result greater than 60% will be accepted. Candidates with a lower result may apply for consideration in which they will present a selection of results from secondary education. Language Requirements NZ Citizens and Permanent Residents Candidates must provide evidence for at least one of the following criteria: 1.Native Korean speaker with education in Korea to secondary level and with University Entrance to a Korean University 2.Completion of a degree programme in Korean Language at a recognized Korean University 3.A certificate in the Test Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) Level 4 or above Korean International Students: Candidates must provide evidence for the following criterion: 1. Native Korean speaker with education in Korea to secondary level and with University Entrance to a Korean University
