What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the heritage sector with people who are capable of applying knowledge and skills in the main areas of practice for collection management and reference services associated with heritage information resources.

This qualification will enable people working in various introductory or voluntary roles in the heritage sector to gain knowledge of fundamental areas of heritage industry practice and associated skills.
