What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is for individuals who wish to develop their experience and practice in a non-traditional performing arts discipline such as Pasifika, Musical Theatre, Circus Arts or other non-defined and emerging arts. This qualification is not intended for individuals wishing to focus on Dance, Drama or Music.
It provides the performing arts industry with performers who have a limited repertoire of technical skills that allow them to perform in community and professional settings.
Graduates can contribute to the cultural and social life of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Academic: 10 NCEA Level 1 literacy credits Additional: Applicants must attend an audition to assess: vocal skills and ability; acting skills; dance/movement skills; ability and potential to study performing arts English: IELTS 5.5 Academic (no lower than 5.0 in any subtest)
