This qualification is for people working or anticipating working as a leader, foreman, superviser, vessel planner, or yard planner in the port operations industry. It will provide a credential for those already working in these roles in the industry.

The qualification will provide the port operations industry with people who are able to plan vessel loading or supervise port operations. The graduates will operate without supervision.
