The purpose of this qualification is to provide the furniture industry with tradespeople who have advanced operational knowledge and skills, and the ability to supervise operations and make improvements in the areas of Cabinetmaking, Furniture Finishing or Upholstery.
This qualification is designed for people already working in the industry.
The strands recognise the specialist skills and knowledge required in cabinetmaking, furniture finishing, or furniture upholstery.
