What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the apparel and fashion manufacturing sector with people who can use advanced technical skills in patternmaking, garment construction, and production to meet customer requirements and organisational procedures.
This qualification is suitable for experienced people working in the apparel and fashion manufacturing sector and recognises the wide range of advanced technical skills and knowledge required to operate in areas of fashion design, merchandising, production and manufacturing, buying, styling and fashion retail.
Graduates will be capable of complete self-management of learning and performance within defined contexts.
