What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the contact centre industry with individuals who have the technical and soft skills to process and respond to business as usual enquiries and complex customer enquiries in contact centres.
Graduates of this qualification will benefit from holding a credential that improves job prospects and increases knowledge and skills applicable within contact centres and the wider industry.
Communities and organisations will benefit from having qualified people with relevant contact centre skills that can manage the customer experience efficiently and effectively.
Graduates will be capable of working within organisational parameters with limited supervision.

Minimum requirements
Academic: Hold a NZQF level 2 qualification (or equivalent), or meet requirements of NZMA Level 3 Placement test. English Language: Domestic applicants with English as a second language: must demonstrate sufficiency in English language at interview.
