About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the contact centre industry with individuals who have the technical and soft skills to process and respond to business as usual enquiries and complex customer enquiries in contact centres.

Graduates of this qualification will benefit from holding a credential that improves job prospects and increases knowledge and skills applicable within contact centres and the wider industry.

Communities and organisations will benefit from having qualified people with relevant contact centre skills that can manage the customer experience efficiently and effectively.

Graduates will be capable of working within organisational parameters with limited supervision.

Minimum requirements

Entry is open but if students do not have NCEA Level 1 or 2 in English or Mathematics they will need to show an understanding of mathematics, reading and writing at an adequate level. All applicants must have basic literacy and numeracy skills. Students must declare if they have any criminal record or any disability that may affect their learning.
