Entry requirements

A Bachelor degree at Level 7 (360 credits) or higher qualification with an average grade deemed acceptable to the Academic Board or have completed the requirements for the Postgraduate Diploma in Education from NZTC with a grade point average of Merit or higher. Applicants for whom English is a second language and Te Reo Maori is not their first language must provide evidence of an Academic IELTS score issued within the last two years of at least 6.5 overall, 6.5 in writing with no band score lower than 6 or equivalent. IELTS scores may be combined from two tests as long as on one test a minimum of 6.5 overall and 6.0 in each component is achieved.
